Building Regulations software for the construction industry

We build thermal modelling tools, U-value calculators and site compliance apps that help manufacturers, housebuilders and assessors meet the Building Regulations with confidence.

What we build

Every product starts from the regulations: what has to be calculated, evidenced or checked — then we make that the quickest part of the job.

Thermal modelling

AutoPSI calculates PSI values for SAP assessments and fRsi values for retrofit in minutes, replacing pessimistic defaults with modelled figures.

About AutoPSI

Online calculators

Branded U-value calculators that let specifiers check a build-up against Building Regulations targets, built and maintained with insulation manufacturers.

Knauf project

Compliance apps

Mobile tools for collecting the photographic evidence Part L now requires on site, organised so it drops straight into the BREL report.

Galaxy project

AutoPSI: bespoke PSI values in minutes

Since Part L 2021 withdrew Accredited Construction Details, a junction without its own PSI value falls back to a default that is often far worse than the real detail. That gap costs money elsewhere in the specification.

AutoPSI is our online thermal modelling tool for construction junctions. Drag in the layers, place the bridges, and get a PSI value you can use in SAP — without a specialist modelling package.

  • FastModel a junction and get its PSI value in minutes.
  • Easy to useDrag and drop layers and bridging elements.
  • CustomisableBuild bespoke junctions, not just library details.
  • AccurateSelf-accredited for 2D calculations to BR 497 conventions.
  • OnlineNothing to install; work from anywhere.
  • ShareableSend models to the rest of the design team.
